Sugar: Five foods surprisingly high in sugar
Some foods have surprisingly high amounts of sugar added to them. Here are five.
- yogurt
- pasta sauce
- coleslaw
- ‘vitamin water’
- Bread
these are just a few of the daily foods that we consume that are packed with hidden sugar. Next time you are shopping have another look at the labels……..-ose as an ending indicates sugar!
Enjoy and be mindful of your food choices, excess sugar is the No.1 enemy.
