| ISOLATE LEVEL 1 | New to exercise. Recovering from injury with minimal acute pain. Also ideal for post natal training. |
| INTEGRATE LEVEL 2 | Familiar with stability training concepts, and now working towards a greater core challenge. |
| STRENGTH LEVEL 3 | Good body awareness and core concepts. Longer history of exercise preferred. |
| POWER LEVEL 4 | A fast paced class with different repertoire each session. No ongoing acute injuries. |
| BARRE LEVEL 4 | Rehab exercises are combined with technique used for classical ballet at the barre. A mixture of body weight and resistance bands are used in these sessions. |
| THERAPEUTIC STRETCH & MOBILISE | Self-guided massage and release. Using a mix of targeted stretches, special small massage balls, foam rollers and dynamic stretches that flow together. |
