I have been lucky enough to have the chance to eat out at a great new restaurant in Paddington. Vientian has been open now for about 8 weeks and presents the chance to experience Lao cuisine. The speciality here is sticky rice, which is infused with coconut and eaten traditionally from a baby bamboo stick. All food is free range, organic and gluten free.

For a complete boost of real food I can recommend the 'nourishing quater' , Cleveland St, Redfern. This vegan based restaurant serves a cross section of food styles from south american to south east asian. A wonderful meal out and a real boost to health.
