These 2 exercises give you some tips on how to set up your workstation if sitting at a desk .
Remember however, that even with a good setup, it is still imperative to get up and move about little and often throughout the day. Stay well hydrated and change your eyeline into the distance.
If using a standing desk you still need to be mindful of posture. It is best to alternate between standing and sitting and create a little regular mobility sequence to drip fed in throughout the day.
