Welcome to ViPR training, the exercise tool that bridges the gap between movement and strength training and takes functional exercise to a whole new level.
The ViPR was invented by Canadian Michol Dalcourt initially to help his ice hockey players get better strength and agility on the ice.
- Is it not true to say that we want to ‘feel better’?
- Does it really matter to us on a daily basis if we can overhead press 10kg or 20kg or do 20 burpees?
Welcome to ViPR! Vitality, Performace and Reconditioning!
The ViPR tool comes in various weights and allows the body to be stressed and loaded safely in all directions of movement.
Being ‘movement strong’ is our untilmate aim. This would mean we can mange with ease all of our daily tasks and activities without injury, stiffness and pain the next day. The freedom of using the weighted ViPR allows for fluid movement which strengthens the body enough for the next time you may need to lift something heavy out of the boot of the car or carry your child up high into the air.
The video below shows a sample of 2 exercises that can be used with the ViPR and just how it can translate directly into strength within your daily life.
