Future-Proof Your Body with Physio-Led Movement Classes in Ruddington

Looking for a safe, effective way to move better, feel stronger, and stay active as you age? Our physio-led movement classes in Ruddington are designed to help you build confidence, reduce pain, and feel more in control of your body, regardless of your starting point.

These are not your average fitness sessions. They’re personalised, functional rehab programmes rooted in physiotherapy, tailored for older adults, those managing chronic conditions, or anyone recovering from injury.

Led by Sally, a physiotherapist with over 23 years’ experience, our 10-week group sessions are small, supportive, and focused on helping you move with ease, balance, and purpose.

How Our Physio-Led Rehab Classes Work

We run four 10-week programmes a year, in line with school terms. Each course builds progressively, allowing you to develop your strength, stability, and movement habits over time. Unlike drop-in classes, our structured programmes help you stay consistent and motivated.

Expect a blend of seated, standing, and floor-based exercises with props like resistance bands and foam rollers to support or challenge your movement, depending on your needs. We focus on breathwork, postural awareness, and core activation, but everything is adapted to suit your level.

Who Are These Classes For?

  • Adults looking to regain or maintain mobility
  • Seniors wanting to move safely and independently
  • People with long-term conditions (e.g., arthritis, back pain, joint replacements)
  • Anyone who finds busy gyms intimidating

Many of our clients say they felt nervous before starting, but quickly felt at ease. The environment is welcoming, the pace is manageable, and you’ll always be supported with kindness and care.
