Class Descriptions

ISOLATE
LEVEL 1
New to exercise. Recovering from injury with minimal acute pain.
INTEGRATE
LEVEL 2
Familiar with stability training concepts, and now working towards a greater core challenge.
STRENGTH
LEVEL 3
Good body awareness and core concepts. Longer history of exercise preferred.
Band-ITS COREA 10 week programme specifically designed for hip, pelvic and core strength. "Release, Isolate, Integrate, Strengthen".
Roll & MobiliseSelf fascial release with massage balls and full body mobility

Self Assessment Course

The assessment courses will be run;

  1. in the first 2 weeks of term so you can then join a class straight after
  2. Each session will run for 90 min. Guided information sheets will be provided to make notes about your body and movement.

Get ready to really learn about your body and how it moves.

This self assessment process covers what I look at in my initial assessments in clinic with a new patient.  Posture , how do you move in 3d and what movements are missing ? How can we then feed them back in again to feel good ?

Take the opportunity to really understand how your body moves and the root cause of your niggles and tightness. Once you understand where issues stem from you can address them .

 

Don’t just move , Move well !

Make Up Sessions

There will be a library of pre recorded online classes that you can have access to if you miss one of your in person sessions.

This library gets populated every term with new material. There are also free classes on the website in the resources tab/ rehab classes online.
