The resistance band toolbox is an online workshop for Pilates and Personal Trainers covering 1000 different ways to use resistance band in your classes to challenge the body.



Resistance band is one of the most useful pieces of equipment that you can have. It’s inexpensive, lightweight and easy to store, as well as being incredibly versatile and adaptable for different bodies and different levels. You can use it for rehab patients recovering from injury, all the way up to your professional athletes and dancers.

The Resistance Band Toolbox is a 75 min online workshop for Pilates and Personal Trainers covering 1000 different ways to use resistance band for your classes and private sessions.

The exercises have been grouped by body orientation:

  • Supine
  • Prone
  • Side
  • 4 Point Kneeling
  • High Kneeling
  • Standing

This workshop was designed for and presented at the FILEX conference for fitness and health professionals in Sydney.

    -What a breath of fresh air, great topic, fantastic interpretation and really knew her stuff, would love to see Sally back next year.
    -Being a Physio Sally was able to demonstrate and backup her knowledge of the use of props in a Pilates class. Found some great new moves that i can easily integrate into my Pilates classes.
    -This Presenter was Fantastic!! The only feedback was that she didn’t have enough time to get through all the content!! Great Workshop!
    -Great queing and easy to follow. Learnt a lot that I could implement in my classes. Instructions were slow and clear. The only negative was that we didn’t all fit into the room, it was way too busy but a fun class and learnt heaps.
