Our primary contact point with the world that we walk upon is via our feet. If our feet our lacking in motion, or moving differently from each other they will feed different information up our legs and to the rest of the body. This can result in pelvic problems, low back pain and even TMJ/jaw issues.
Securing our feet into solid shoes, “coffins for the feet’ ,can further hinder the ability of good motion. We need good 3D movement and maximal loading to occur via the feet with each step we take.
This short video shows some foot releases, mobility and strengthening drills that can be easily done.
You may even notice an improvement in your spinal movement…….
