“I have been attending Sally Harrison’s Pilates classes since 2006. As a physiotherapist myself I appreciate Sally’s deep knowledge and understanding of anatomy and movement, enhanced by her dance training.
She has no need for Reformer benches as she utilises resistance from gravity, bands, balls and rings and leg straps with bands attached. Many of these exercises can also be done at home, as shown during our Zoom classes during COVID lockdown times.
Over the years I doubt we have ever done exactly the same class twice- a tribute to Sally’s ability to keep our interest.
I encourage anyone able to attend Sally’s classes in the UK to do so.
