This instructional video shows exercises that can be done using the full Band-ITS kit. (lower limb and upper limb bands)
The class is about 60 min long but can easily be performed in sections. It follows the exercises outlined in the Band-ITS body manual that you received when you purchased the ultimate kit.
Remember to start with the lighter bands and then progress as the exercises become easier to perform.
This is an instructional video, so you may want to pause and perform more repetitions of each exercise than is shown in the session. Once you are familiar with the exercises you can have it running in the back ground as you train and check in with the verbal watch points as they are given.
Always ensure that you experience no pain when exercising and you may want to seek medical clearance before starting a new resistance training programme.
