Welcome to the Band-ITS Core online learning course. On completion of this course you will have knowledge and repertoire to conduct a strength and conditioning class using safe resistance.
This programme includes:
- 6.5 hours of online content – anatomy, training principles and repertoire.
- A 61-page colour manual to accompany the learning.
- A lower limb Band-ITS kit (posted the day you purchase the course).
- 2 small exams and certificate of completion.
I recommend at least 4-5 hours of self-practice outside of this course to learn the exercises, practice the variations and try the different resistances.
Access to the content will be released at intervals to give you time to absorb and practice it, with full completion after 4 weeks.
